By purchasing a package or submitting the onboarding form, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase.
AdriaticWebDesign.com provides website design and development for small businesses. Scope is defined by the package selected at checkout plus any add-ons. Services are delivered remotely and do not include ongoing content management or marketing unless explicitly listed in the package.
The one-time design fee covers design, development, and launch. Payment is collected in full at checkout before work begins. Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commences upon receipt of your onboarding form or first exchange of project materials. If you have paid but not yet submitted your onboarding form, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
An annual renewal fee keeps your website live after the first year. It covers domain registration and web hosting only — no design updates or hands-on management. AdriaticWebDesign.com may adjust renewal pricing with 60 days’ written notice.
No long-term contracts. To cancel, simply do not renew. Your site stays live through the end of your paid period. To transfer your domain to another registrar, submit a written request at least 14 days before your renewal date and we will initiate the transfer at no charge.
You agree to provide accurate content and materials needed to complete your website. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content, images, and trademarks you supply, and you indemnify AdriaticWebDesign.com against any third-party claims arising from content you provide.
Upon full payment, AdriaticWebDesign.com assigns you all rights to the final website design and content specific to your business. AdriaticWebDesign.com retains ownership of underlying frameworks and code libraries; you receive a perpetual license to use them as part of your site. AdriaticWebDesign.com may display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost profits. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
